A Presentation to our District Deputy Grand Master
On January 19, 2016, our newest Fellow of the College of Freemasonary, District Deputy Grand Master Clive D. Stephenson, received his certificate from the college. It was presented to him by Bro. Mark Kapitan, who is the Secretary/Mentor Coordinator, College of Freemasonry.
